The price includes car parking, water, gas and electricity. For all bookings, an administration fee of €13 will be charged in low season and €23 in high season. Cancellation insurance = 4% of the price of the stay (excluding administration fees and tourist tax). Without cancellation insurance, NO REFUND will be given for any reason whatsoever. Prices shown (10% VAT), tourist tax extra: €0.66/adult aged 18 and over. NB: The colour of the floors, curtains and sofas may vary from one mobile home to another.
